How to reach Karachi?

By air

The city houses its own airport Jinnah International Airport, and almost all major cities and countries have direct flights to Karachi. If someone travelling from abroad like Dubai, Saudi Arab, one can avail flights. To get cheap flights from Saudi Arab or cheap flights from Dubai to Karachi, make sure to book tickets in advance.

By train

The city also has its railway Station, Karachi Cantonment Railway Station and almost every major train have a halt or final destination here.

By road

One can reach Karachi even travelling from the bus if they are living a few kilometers from the city. Many also travel from cars.

Mohatta Palace

Mohatta Palace is the superlative example of the amalgamation of art, culture, and architecture. The 20th-century palace was built by a Hindu Prince in the year 1925 and follows a Rajasthani style design. Today, it has been turned into a museum and art gallery. The palace always holds some exhibitions and never ceases to be the center of art lovers. Apart from the gorgeous architecture, the surrounding of the palace is worth taking a view. The palace is surrounded by trees and houses a few Renaissance styles statues.

French Beach

Being a home to many major seaports, Karachi is also famous for several beautiful beaches, and among them, French Beach is quite popular. The beach has a calm and soothing ambiance, clean shores, and peaceful breeze. The beach is covered with small rocks and several cliffs and this creates an exquisite sight when the season of high tide hits the city. The beach comes in the middle of Paradise Point and Hawkes Bay and there is a tiny fishing village that has huts and one can rent them to spend a great night at the beach.

Dolmen Mall

Karachi also houses the largest mall of the country, Dolmen mall. If you like shopping then this is the ultimate destination for you. You can shop for many local and international brands here. After the exhausting shop tour, you can also have great here as there are several restaurants in the mall.

The Chaukandi Tombs

The history of Karachi has been well-contained in form of some monuments and one is the Chaukandi Tombs. The ancient graveyard is now a UNESCO World Heritage site. The place holds the tombs of the ancestors of a local tribe. The complex yet beautiful construction of the tombs is something that amuses people the most. The carvings and designs are unique to the Sindh region. The estimated time of the construction is assumed to be somewhere in between 15th to 18th century.
