Mamagoto has been our long-time favourite when it comes to modern Asian food. With Jayanti Duggal at the helm, their kitchens have introduced Delhiwallahs to a range of Pan Asian flavours that they have never taste before. The newest endeavour is the introduction of the Tah Koh menu at all their outlets. Combining Asian specially the sweet and chilly flavours of Korea with a load of fresh greens in a soft Taco shells is something we have seen in the food trucks of U.S. But these flavours work on the modern Indian palate too. All of the Tah Kohs are served with Banana and Rice crisps but the thing that stand out with the presentation is that the rice crisps are coloured according to the filling inside, red for non vegetarian while green for vegetarian. We list you some Tah Kohs that will play a game of sweet and sour on your palate and make you come back for more.

Porky which comes with intense fillings of the sweet pork belly served with plum sauce, green apple to provide a bit of acidity and micro greens. Pour over some chilly to give it that extra kick.

Craby, a soft shell crispy crab fried and served whole with chilli mayo, pickles, Japanese barbecue sauce and spring onions. One of the most visually appealing dishes on offer, the Craby has the fried crab almost spilling out of the taco shell. A real carnivore will take much delight in demolishing it. The sweet taste is counterbalanced with the chili mayo and pickles.

The Tah Koh festival also had a range of cocktails but one of their most curious ingredients of choice is Melon. Although there are a range of cocktails out there, but the use of the humble melon has been ignored. With a Melon and Gin Story along with a Lychee and Cranberry Whisky Sour, Mamagato sets the tone for a perfect cooler this summer. Next time you wonder about eating something new, check into Mamagoto and try out the Tah Koh festival
