Navratra’s is all about a nine-day dedication and celebrating Nine forms of  Goddesses Durga. this navratras, Sattvik gives you a delicious reason to keep the fast and consume some mouth watering traditional Tamsik ( no onion and garlic)Thali. Sattvik  introduces  a carefully thought out,  five-course Navratri Thali.  Offering a different variety  with one kind menu on the first four days(1st to 4th October) and a new menu for the remaining five days ie (5th to 9th October)of the Navratras. They ensured that the ‘vrat ka khana’ need not be boring and the same for all nine days. The interiors are tastefully done in beige with wooden seating._dsc1219 The right wall is lined with small LEDs displaying the ‘mantras’. Thus the customers can enjoy their food along with the soothing chants. The ambience is truly ‘pure’. Also, the fast and quick service is quite commendable.

The Navratri Thali has a very different and unique preparation. Contrary to what I expected, the food did not have any trace of oil in it. Navratra food prepared in the traditional households is quite oily. The sumptuous delicacies were served in a silver – copper platter and resembled the thalis of the kings. The quantity is adequate for two servings.Navratri Thali  The menu was elaborate with over 15 items comprising  a delicious range of  beverages,starters, main course and desserts. While you order and wait for your Navratri Thali,relax your wait with their delicious range of beverages (Nirvana,Disha,Sutra,Om fizz).

Sattvik’s fully loaded Thali will surprise you with a multitude of flavours and textures. Such as Saboodana Papad,Pudine ka Raita,zeere wala raita, Anar ka salad,Bhune fruit ki Chaat, Paneer Malai Tikka topped with pudine ki Chutney  Tandoori Shakarkandi, Jimikand ki Tikki and Kache Kele ke Kebab . For mains chatpati Arbi ki sabzi and Tari wale Aloo, Malai Kofta,Paneer makhani , Masala Arbi, Pudine wale Aloo, Samak ke Chawal and Kuttu aur Singhare ki Puri.For the desserts, they have  Samak aur Gulab ki Kheer,And Kesar Phirni. . The Malai Kofta and Samak ki Kheer needs a special mention and is a must try. The Gud Makhana ended the meal on a sweet note.Every item on the thali was delightful.Navratri Thali
