After receiving an overwhelming response from their patrons in Nehru Place. The Chatter House has now opened up in the ever buzzing Khan Market.  Brainchild of Mr. Swadeep Popli is located next to Town Hall, the place has a sort of rustic and a vintage touch to it. The brick decor surely gives you the Irish essence and the semi open terrace is the best place to sit in this Irish theme bar. The place is designed by Mr. Manish Gulati, who wears multiple hats of being an architect, food consultant and a food blogger.

Dahi Ke Kebab

Blue Cheese Naan

We started with Dahi Ke Kebabs (INR 325), hung curd dumplings fried till being golden in colour. It scores high points and satisfy my palate. A decent, tender and mildly flavoured appetiser which so soft that it melts the moment it touches the palate. Balls on fire (INR 325), is another interesting starter. Lamb balls in tomato base and feta, was heavenly and the dish was  cooked to perfection. Following it was Galouti Kebab (INR 445) and Chicken Chorizo Croquets (INR 325). The Galouti Kebab was an explosion of flavors, meat and spices combining well and melting in your mouth. Chicken Croquets is panko crumbed cheesy chicken chorizo and is served with decadent paprika aioli. Wash down the above mentioned with their signature Chocolate Martini. The bartender deserves an accolade for this drink. The sweetness of chocolate and the bitter taste of vodka is balanced to perfection.

Mac n Cheese with Bacon

Moving on the mains, the main highlight of my meal was undoubetly the Blue Cheese Naan( INR 395). Blue cheese stuffed mini naans topped with pineapple chutney were served with dal makhani in shot glasses. The dish took me back to my childhood where I used to drink my daal directly from the serving bowl.  The dal makhani was creamy with all the right flavors and complimented well with the unique taste of Blue Cheese Naan. I am a big fan of their Pepperoni Pizza (INR 645) and we opted for a half portion of pepperoni and half portion of their signature Spinach Egg Pizza( INR 495). Prepared thin crust, It was the first time I tried an egg pizza and yes it satisfied my palate. Mac N Cheese with Bacon dust proved to be the star of the evening for me. Super cheesy stuff with bacon and spices makes you drool for me. End your meal on a sweet note with their signature dessert Banana 2 Ways. Banana cake, caramelized bananas & coconut mousse, it is an interesting delight to the tastebuds and we highly recommend you to try it.
