The wait is finally over! Lite Bite Foods, one of the fastest growing and the most dynamic F&B retail company in the country has launched The Artful Baker, a patisserie and Boulangerie in New Delhi’s posh Khan Market. At the helm of the restaurant is Chef Sahil Mehta, who after honing his baking skills at it’s Mecca, Le Notre, Paris0, is bringing authentic European style artisanal breads and patisserie. The Artful Baker is the perfect destination to find delicious cakes, croissants, breads and many other sweet and savory items around.
After getting an overwhelming response at its pop up in Select CityWalk, Chef Sahil Mehta plans to enthral us all from his chic yet simple European style boulangerie. We immediately fall in love with the Lemon Cheesecake and Apple Tart. They have a range of sandwiches too with a delectable tomato and cheese and a chicken sandwich. The Chicken is marinated in Dijon Mustard along with flavours of caramelised onions and baby tomatoes make for an explosion of flavours on the palate. Watch our space for a detailed review.
