A raspberry cupcake, a slice of apple cinnamon cake, an apple upside down cake, a raspberry isaphan. But their piece de resistance is the Pistachio cake. A perfectly made cake which exudes the flavour of pistachios in each and every morsel, it goes well with a selection of home made Ice creams.
