Inspired by the world-famous Dabba of Mumbai, Tamra, the award-winning multi-cuisine restaurant at Shangri-La’s – Eros Hotel, New Delhi brings its patrons an evocative tiffin lunch experience with the taste of luxury.

People across Mumbai rely on Dabbawalas to bring them the comfort of a home-cooked meal amid the hustle-bustle of the busy lives. Taking inspiration from this, Executive Chef Neeraj Tyagi along with his culinary masters have curated a tiffin lunch. They created meal combinations from cuisines across the world with a local flavor.

MY PERSONAL FAVOURITES

My personal favorites were Thailand and Desi Dabba. Thailand dabba’s thai curry was to die for. The papaya salad complimented the whole meal beautifully. Desi dabba was such a light meal, that I loved it simply for its simplicity. The yellow daal with tamatar ka pulao was beautiful. The tamatar ka pulao tasted like a popular street food i.e. bhel puri and it tasted beautiful even without a curry.
