The season of T20 is here and so is a brand new menu that encapsulates the beauty of the eight cities participating. The new T20 menu at the Monkey Bar New Delhi is the perfect way to enjoy some finger licking food and cocktails while watching the matches.

What all should you try at the T20 menu?

Let’s start right from the North. The mustard fields of Punjab have always drawn up quite a few ideas of romance and the combination of Sarson da Saag and Makke ki Roti is evergreen. The Mustard Leaves have been made into a Kebab which are served on top of a Corn Roti along with some pickles, ghee and chili. Coming down to Delhi, the ubiquitous Butter Chicken has been stuffed into a Samosa while Rajasthan is designated with a Dahi ke Pithore which has been laced with a Date and Tamarind chutney served up on a bed of green peas and some sweet yoghurt.

I fall in love with the Eastern representation which is a good old Machcher Chop along with some Pui Saag, Kashundi mustard and some onions. Mumbai, on the other hand, is depicted by a Sukha Malvani Chicken laid on top of a multigrain taco along with some Coconut Chutney.

The journey continues down South too. From Madras, we have the Pulled Pork which has been ladled out on top of some Idlis while there is a Nagarjuna Chicken Rolls from Bangalore and Masala prawns from Hyderabad. The new T20 menu at Monkey Bar is quite interesting in regards that it allows for some interesting flavors to be tried out.
