But just before it happens, there was a small of flicker of delicious non-vegetarian food. Park Plaza which is soon to be christened at Radisson organised an Oktoberfest. The Oktoberfest is a month long celebration of Beer and non-vegetarian food that engulfs the Bavarian country for autumn. But getting high qualities of both of these in India is something that is difficult enough. But with the Park Plaza, Noida rebranding in full flow, img_20160927_135451173-800x600this investment might be a sign of things to come. Along with planning for a new Oriental restaurant, the Hotel is glamming itself up for days to come. Executive Chef Rishi Kapoor has cooked up some delectable sausages for the event.

What we had?

20160921_151308_1474453571819-800x450The first one of these is the Romerbraeten. A pork sausage filled with nuts and ham is topped up with a fried egg that provides a wonderful nutty flavour to the proceedings. A selection of German breads accompanies us on this journey. The next stop entails another of Germany’s sausage Emmenteller in the form of a hotdog. Along with pickles and a load of salad leaves and dressings, the explosive smoky flavours combines very well. A potato salad with Bacon gives us some extra flavours on the way. The Curry powder twisted spicy chicken sausages is the last part of our journey. The one things that truly stands out is the high quality ingredients that have obviously been sourced from abroad. The second thing that works against them is the lack of beer brands in Noida. All these sausage platters are priced at INR 649 and the promotion is on till 3rd October.

But with promotions like these, the lounge at Park Plaza Noida may soon be the watering hole of Noida. Do tell us what is your favourite German Sausage?
