SodaBottleOpnerWala is known for its Irani food menu and drinks. After falling in love with the popular SodaBottleOpnerWala cocktails like Finding Frenny and Rustom Buntawala, I was really excited to try the new drinks menu.

About the newly launched drinks

What I love about SodaBottleOpnerWala is that everything is so well thought out. The drinks have such quirky names and the drink description is so well written. The drink description not only talks about the ingredients but what to eat with it. The quirky names and the drinks description just act as a cherry on the cake to the whole experience.

I decided to start with Tipsy Suzie because who would not like to get tipsy with Suzie. My drink had a tequila base and had ingredients like fresh pineapple juice, lemongrass syrup, orange bitters etc. It was a very light and summery drink.

My friend decided to order the Berrywala Special. It had a whiskey base and was made with SodaBottleOpnerWala homemade berry mixture. I am not a big fan of whiskey but Berrywala special was made so smooth that I just could not resist the drinking it.

I got a beautiful opportunity of making one of their cocktail recipes at the bar with the bartender. The whole experience of holding the mixers and making the whole cocktail was so much of fun.

We started by adding ice in the bar mixer. Then we added 60 ml gin on ice, 45 ml of lemon syrup, 45 ml of orange juice, 60 ml of blood orange syrup and then topped with a dash of angostura bitter. The whole drink is mixed in the mixer and served chilled in a goblet glass. It is then topped with orange bitter.
