Chef Martin and Chef Vidhu had prepared an elaborate buffet using the in- house ingredients in the Puratos kitchen. Not only did we taste the amazing products but also got an opportunity to learn about their preparation from the talented chefs. Some of the very delectable items were Tomato Olive Garlic Rolls, Basil Pesto Rolls, Rosemary and Crushed pepper Rolls and the various cakes and chocolates. It is a gift to all those in the bakery business as it gives an option to experiment, diversify and enlarge the product range.

Coming up with a new product every now and then, the O-Tentic Durum is the latest addition to the Puratos merchandise which is an active bakery component based on sourdough. Having multiple uses, just a small quantity (4%) of it can provide the good old taste of authentic flavours, taste and aroma. Therefore, distinctive breads can be created with few ingredients which are natural and prepared in less time. It acts as a natural fermenting agent and is an effective yeast substitute. Any number of bread combinations is possible and Puratos is doing a great job bringing the European staple to the Indian households.
