After the grand celebration of the Peruvian Gastronomic Festival at the Living Rooms at The Mansion at Hyatt Regency Delhi, Café:  their all-day dining restaurant at in association with the Embassy of the Republic of Peru, is set to provide Delhiites with a taste of classic Peruvian menu at the outlet.  Executive Chef Marin Leuthard along with Executive Sous Chef Abhishek will join hands with guest Peruvian Chef Bruno Andres Santa Cruz, from Park Hyatt Istanbul, to serve up Café’s first-ever Peruvian buffet, on offer for lunch and dinner from 17 to 19 December 2015 at INR 1,850 plus taxes per person. Although the festival goes out in a short period of time, but these Peruvian delicacies will continue to be a part of the menu at Café for days to come.

Mango and Tuna Ceviche

Start off your meal with the Ceviches- a famous Peruvian coastal dish representative of the country’s spicy culture. High on chillies and acidic notes, the Mango, Sea Bass and Shrimp ceviches implore every part of our palate in an explosion of flavours. Also on the menu are traditional Peruvian delights that include raw papaya tiradito with scallops pisco and pomegranate seeds; sea bass with walnut tiradito; lobster medallions with coconut and lime; octopus with chilli; shrimp with avocado and orange; and choritos a la chalaca with mussels, onion and sweet corn to name but a few.

Finish your meal off with a selection of desserts from Peru itself with a rice cake adoring centrepiece in matters of taste. Although Chef Bruno has taken a leave for Istanbul, his recipes will continued to be incorporated in the menu of Cafe. So, do visit once for a taste of Peru in Delhi
