With 100+ covers and a beautiful terrace divided into two sectios, Open House is geared & charged up to serve lip snacking Pan – Asian food to it’s patrons. The restobar is dominated by red in the truest sense & blue in the coolest sense. There are many interesting elements which are added to the decor, such as the scripture of an owl on the wall, superhero characters, book shelf and a very elegant bar.IMG-20151005-WA0002

Food Talks :

Menu is well designed with Indian, Continental and Pan Asian dishes dominating the menu. Head Chef Mr Sunil Chauhan and Senior Table captain Mr Vikas helped us to decide our meal.

We started with Veg mango Salad. I have tasted this Thai green mango salad in restaurants few times. Like always it was very spicy, sweet and crunchy with the fresh shredded mangoes mingling well with the peanuts.IMG-20151005-WA0001

Cristal veg dumplings was made up of wheat starch dough and had a filling of  mushrooms, garlic and carrots. The dried mushrooms were soaked and then drained and chopped, and the other ingredients were either minced or finely diced.IMG-20151005-WA0005

Next on my plate was chicken bok choy dumplings. These small dumplings come with both a story and a significant history. Popularly known as stick bottom dumplings, it was juicy and had a balanced taste.IMG-20151005-WA0004

Now it was time for some Indian and Continental dishes. We started with Indian Mutton seekh kebab, which had a great flavor of Indian spices and was cooked to perfection in a clay oven. Crispy fried prawns were just amazing, the panko bread crumbs give these fried shrimp just the right amount of crunch.IMG-20151005-WA0008

The journey  ended on a sweet note with their signature Apple Wonton tower dessert. A spring roll layered smartly between thick layers of apple and milk. It was presented very uniquely and it tasted equally satisfying.
