Sector-18, Noida has become a bustling market for Delhi NCR and so have the eateries opened in the area. Mosaic Hotels is one of the prominent landmarks of the area. Managed by Tux Hospitality, Mosaic Hotels is a part of a chain of boutique hotels slowly growing in India.
Flluid at Mosaic Hotel fuses traditional Indian dishes with western cooking techniques to launch a brand new menu which focuses on the shifting younger demographic of Noida. The brains behind the menu Executive Chef Vijayant Rawat and Executive Sous Chef Rakesh Painuli say that this menu was borne from the idea of serving to the younger, fast paced generation of today.
They say that well plated food is usually the harbinger of a hearty meal. Right from the mocktails served in hipflasks to the supermart trolleys for the fries, the presentation impresses you all the way.
The must tries includes a Gun Powder infused American Corn Chowder which explodes with spice over the creamy corn broth. The Amritsari Baked Fish impresses with the spicy hit of Punjabi flavours, but instead of being deep fried, it is baked. We really liked their slider platter. A selection of three burgers, one red, one white and one green pack a sufficient amount of flavour with chicken being the base patty.

There are some fusion pastas in offering with the Chicken Tikka Makhni Pasta and the Rara Gosht. We also recommend you trying out the Khaas Seekh ka Hot Dog which incorporates the spicy flavours of the Seekh Kebab with the bread and the fillings inside.
