After the advent of the Black and the Red Burger, we have the White Burger. Made up of coconut and milk powder, this slightly sweet bread provides the fresh bun for the delicious burger.

The patties inside are a revelation too. The non vegetarian one consists on a slab of grilled chicken. But it’s the vegetarian one that impresses us the most. It’s not deep fried, it’s baked. So instead of being crispy, the patty is soft. Filled with cottage cheese and vegetables, this decadently flavoured patty takes your burger eating to a new level altogether.

The last element of the burger is the sauce. The regular piri piri sauce gives you a moderate amount of heat and spice. The Super Piri ramps up the heat while the Tangy Lemon notches it down while introducing new flavours.

Barcelos has also introduced a new range of Sangria and that too 21 of them. Using Fratelli wines, these variants will manage to satiate every one of your cravings. We try the bold sweet yet acidic Pink de Vino Blanco and the predominantly acidic Tropical Sangria.
