Location – The Le meridien Building can be easily seen when you near the Sultanpur metro station. Located close to a petrol pump it enjoys a great connectivity be by Road or by metro.

About the place – This all day dining world cuisine restaurant, has a picturesque view of the garden outside the hotel and the golden sunlight brightens the whole place up.

Food talks

Latest recipe offers live interactive counters be it sushi, dim sum, Chinese or Japanese grills, pizza, Indian tandoor, pasta, appam, paranthas, egg station , desserts and so on. The beverages counter has all essential seasonal refreshing drinks like rooh afza, imli sharbat, chaas (buttermilk), aam panna, amongst others this is also another unique feature that deserves to be highlight as lot of high end restaurants offering lavish buffet don’t keep their focus on this particular part. Still the main sigh of relief for us is the variety of wines they serve along with the buffet at a very nominal price.

Each table is alloted with a unique number like a window facing table that I occupied was designated with a number 42. This is very helpful if your preparation is taking time you can tell them the table number and they would deliver the hot food to your table from the live counters. The chefs were very friendly and they interacting with the guests and helping them order their food.

Out of this lavish spread even I had some of my personal favorites that I would like to share it with you all.

Yellow Curry with Calimari and Prawns is a real traditional Thai recipe. Squid cooking is an art form in itself, cook ‘em too much and you get rubber, too little and they smell aweful.

Green Thai Vegetables features. chunky veggies in a lip. smacking green curry, along with aromatic herbs and spice powders, tangy lemon juice and rinds, and of course, onion, ginger, garlic and the usual repertoire of flavour enhancers. Like in most Thai preparations, coconut milk does the balancing act making the curry perky yet pleasant to the taste buds.

Red curry with Chicken is dish that combines fresh ingredients and aromatic herbs over a classic mix of spices and mellowed with rich coconut milk.

Tacoyaki is a form of Japanese street food. I tried the Japanese Prawn and Veg Tacoyaki and they are like our south Indian Puddu with a corn and pancake base and both kept us asking for more.

They had a variety of wood fired, thin crust pizzas to choose from. I opted for Half veg cheese pizza and Pepperoni pizza and it is served fresh to your table to enjoy the complete flavor.

One of the dishes that is hard to forget is occonomiyaki a japanese pan cake street food with bacon and prawns. It is juicy and tender and it just tingles your taste buds.
