This year marks the fourth year of MPTM (Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart). Madhya Pradesh Tourism concluded the three days Travel Mart in Bhopal on 29th October 2017. The 4th MPTM projects the state as the “MUST EXPLORE DESTINATION” of Incredible India and SALT AND SANDALS was privileged to be a part of this initiative. The primary objective of the Mart is designed to project Madhya Pradesh as the preferred tourist destination to the world.
Madhya Pradesh also famously called the heart of incredible India. It is home to three of UNESCO’S heritage sites. Focussing on the rich heritage, culture, wildlife of the state, Madya Pradesh designed a Post FAM TRIP for the guests attending the Mart. And being a digger of history, Salt And Sandals chose to be the Part of Khajuraho-Orcha Fam Trip.
Khajuraho is among the most beautiful temple of the Medieval Times. The history dates back to AD900 and is believed to have been built by the Chanella Dynasty, thus making it a religious capital of the Chandellas.
