FOOD TALKSimage

The golden, crunchy, bite sized popcorn chicken is one among the popular & hot favourite of all non-veg lovers. This makes a great appetizer and sure a party hit menu. Resembling the same KFC popcorn chicken this version in Boulevard though had a Cajun spice mix in it making it taste differently.
Next Dish to follow was the Malaysian Chicken Satay and it turned out to be the main highlight of our meal. If you have never had satay, you don’t know what you are missing! Satay is one of the must try Malaysian street food – charcoal grilled succulent skewered meat (chicken or beef) served with special satay sauce.
The Paneer Tikka was the next to follow and was bit disappointing as it lacked flavours due to improper marination. The marinade of paneer tikka is often made of hung curd and many different spices which makes the dish flavourful though here we find it missing. For the mains we tried, Subz Dum Biryani had a spicy and tangy flavour. Assorted vegetables layered over basmati rice and slow cooked makes it an ideal main course. End your meal on a sweet note with their dessert of the day.

In a nutshell, boulevard is the place to be for those who love loud music, good food, and classy ambience. With pizzas, hookah and Lebanese platter on offer, this place has earned a name for itself in the night scene of the city.
