Food Talks
The menu has been made under the aegis of Chef Karen who has put her heart into creating some mind blowing food. But the thing that stands out the most is the humongous number of dips ranging to the pungent garlic jam, the salty soya to the earthy hummus. There is a dip for every dish that you order allowing you to create a medley of flavours on your palate.
We started the Journey with Dilli ki chaat a combination of Imli chutney, Spicy Green Coriander chutney bhel on spinach leaves .Next was Bruschetta with artichokes . Combination of French fries with mushrooms and jalapenos was next which failed to satisfy my taste buds. My past experience with Japanese Food is not that good except for Guppi by Ai and Yum Yum cha but the veg sushi served here is Mind blowing . The next was an Indianised version of sushi paneer with mushrooms being the filling wrapped in paneer rolls.I personally complemented the chef for this masterpiece . For the non vegetarians they have a bouquet of dishes from different parts of world , Some of which I tasted was the Peri Peri crispy chicken from Portugal which is better than Nandos. The Soft Beer Batter Fish served with good tartar sauce from The Great Britain spells comfort food. We moved on to the Grilled Lamb Skewers which was a very flavourful dish.
For main course , we were served veg Moussaka and Spinach and Ricotta cheese kofta . The moussaka , made of eggplant and cottage was something really unique to me and I would love to try it again to please my taste buds . Accompanying it was cheese and olive kulchas ,another fusion of an Indian dish with the world. The Spinach and ricotta cheese kofta is something me and my friends personally recommend to you all
For desserts we tried the Chocolate Nutella torte , Gajjak Kulfi and Churros . Kulfi and gajjak covered with chocolate is a great mix of desserts . The Nutella torte was a photogenic and scrumptious dish and churros chocolate dip were heaven soft and juicy not like the one served in San Churros.
In a nutshell 4.5/5 A well-rounded package, where not only is the ambiance breath-taking, you’ll actually enjoy your meal and walk out satisfied (a rare combination). You should make reservations beforehand for their outdoor seating
