Every Indian festival is incomplete without the special and unique food prepared exclusively for that occasion. Holi is the festival when one spends half of the day scrubbing the colors off while the other half is spent gorging on to the delicious food.
Some must try dishes for Holi!

Thandai
This deceptive Rajasthani drink is a must during this interesting festival. The drink might look simple but it is a perfect blend of milk, saffron and dry fruits. A traditional cooler that quenches your thirst resulting from a whole day of revelry. Give it some colourful twists. Blend in some strawberries to give it a beautiful red color or maybe you can add some kiwis to give a new flavour and color to this heavenly drink. Add some bhaang if you have a penchant for tripping.
