Stellar the Pan Asian restaurant at Hotel Ashok is adding colour & flavour to its Menu with the “Colourful Sushi & Dimsum Festival”
The menu includes beetroot skin veg dimsums with leek & coriander filling, spinach skin veg dimsums with cheddar cheese, shimezi mushroom & button mushroom filling & mixed vegetable crystal dumplings, etc. For the non-vegetarians, there have famous chicken Suimai, a yellow colour open faced dimsum, Pork Cha Sui Pao whose skin is made of red lotus flour which is fermented for almost 12 hours and crystal prawn dumplings, etc.

1. Chicken and Water chestnut dumpling
One can get distinct textures in the mouth and water chestnuts are like cherry on the top. The fresh taste of water chestnut in the gooey texture of chicken absolutely stole my heart.
2. Mix Veg Crystal Dumpling
This dumpling just stole my heart. The minute you put it in your mouth, it just simply melts away. The outer covering is done with extreme caution and is quiet delicate.
3. Fried Szechuan pumpkin dumpling
crispy and fried Pumpkin dumpling have a sweet texture. It is topped with fiery Szechuan sauce. With its mixture of cayenne pepper, hot sauce, red chilies, ginger, brown sugar and soy sauce, Szechuan chicken has a savory hot and spicy flavor with a touch of sweetness. People who love a touch of sweetness with equivalent spiciness tend to enjoy this dumpling.
4. Non Veg Sushi Platter
The rainbow sushi is a California sushi roll with sashimi and avocado wrapped around it. The outside roll is first made, and then the ingredients are arranged diagonally in alternating colors. The platter consisted of Salmon, Tuna, Crab Stick and Avocado sushi.
