Cibamor the newest bistro in CP and we absolutely love it. What works is that the menu is full of classics which are executed really well. Our top picks from their menu:-

Roasted Beetroot and Goat Cheese Salad

I absolutely love salads which help me eat veggies which I wont eat otherwise. Beetroot being one of them. This salad is high on anti-oxidants and rich in taste. Arugula leaves with rosemary & mint; dressed with aged balsamic and sunflower seeds. Too much nourishment in one dish! The goat cheese chunks bind the whole dish beautifully and the balsamic dressing provides the much needed acidity to the dish.

Baked Caprese Flatbread

Another classic executed really well. Its their take on a bruschetta and I absolutely loved it. They have used baby bocconcini on top of tomatoes. The dressing i.e pesto and balsamic drizzle is light but flavorful.

Curried Akuri
Parsi’s take on scrambled egg

Its a staple Parsi dish. Scrambled eggs (the Parsi style) on top of a Malabar Paratha. The lovely part of the dish is that it isn’t too heavy. The Malabar paratha wasn’t too oily and the dish was balanced well with roasted potatoes & cherry tomatoes on the side.

Teas

I absolutely loved Hillcart’s teas selection for Cibamor. Each tea has a very unique taste and it is a blessing in the cold Delhi winter. My personal favorite was Indian Holy Basil. It was so soothing to my throat. It is served with honey on the side and this natural sweetener gave so much flavor to the Basil Tea. Highly recommended flavor!

Phyllo wrapped Brie with Walnut Honey Butter

This dish has been specially curated for Valentines day menu at Cibamor. The best part of this dessert is that it is a Savory dessert. Yes! its not a Sweet dish but a savory dish which is served with a walnut sauce on the side. The dish is really interesting and is available only during their valentine promotion. So we highly recommend you to try their Valentine menu.
