ASSORTED SUSHI PLATTER
Platter consisted of Ebi Tempura roll, Chicken Tatsuta age roll and Tekka Maki.
Ebi Tempura roll had a crunchy texture of shrimp tempura.It involves skewering the shrimps, tempuring it and then frying it to get that perfect golden colour.
Chicken Tatsuta age roll and Tekka Maki had a distinct flavor of soy chicken and fresh tuna respectively.
CHICKEN TATSUTA-AGE : The chicken is marinated and baked before being battered fried. It is basically a dish consisting of corn fried chicken in soya sauce. The crispy coating of chicken and a bit of sweetness and creaminess by soy sauce adds a lot to the overall feature of this dish.
ASSORTED TEMPURA : Light battered fried squid, vegetables with tentsuyu.Tentsuyu is a traditional Japanese tempura dip. Which consist of Dashi (Japanese stock) and Mirin (Rice wine).
