Zoya- The all day dining restaurant at Fairmont Jaipur

Zoya, the all-day dining restaurant at Fairmont Jaipur, is a five level foodie indulgence of luxurious interiors and a warm welcoming ambiance. The restaurant features five different dining experiences from the luxury tent to the lily pond dining space outside that are distinct and unusual.

We have a go at their Caesar Salad with chicken and bacon. You won’t feel that Caesar salad was a waste of money. Full of healthy ingredients accompanied by creamy sauces will make you feel fresh yet fulfilled. Following it was the moist, tender and quick pan seared chicken with hash mushroom jus. It is a one pot meal of chicken breasts and vegetables. This combination of sauteed vegetables and crisp, golden chicken thighs gets to the table in minutes. But the highlight of the meal was again the dessert. This time it was the Five Senses. Chocolate rolled in five different forms, presented to you in one heavenly dish. There’s an outer core of chocolate accompanied by multiple layer of white and dark chocolate inside. A layer of molten chocolate overlies it to complete the masterful creation.

The dinner is a traditional Rajasthani affair. starts off with massive Rajathani thaali that takes your breath away. The items that impress the most are the Daal Baati Choorma and the The Laal Mass. The Daal Baati Choorma does not drown out the flavour of the pulses with the ghee while the Choorma is available in three different flavours. But it’s the fiery Laal Maas that does tremendous wonders. It sets your palate on fire exactly the way that Rajasthani food should. Its robust, bold and hot, a perfect representation of the people of Rajasthan.

The next meal is the huge breakfast spread. The things that really sit out on the menu are the creamy Eggs Benedict and masala cheese omelette that rocks you back with flavour, some fluffy waffles and some sinful bakery items. There is a multigrain croissant, some flavourful raspberry Danish pastries along with a collection of doughnuts.
