It is no secret that, whenever one goes to Hauz Khas Village, Choices are limited in terms of authentic food. Apart from a few eateries, the area is dominated with cafes and lounges which are more or less the same in terms of food and beverage menu. Yeti which had closed sometime back in Hauz Khas Village has reopened in the area, and surely it elates the dining scene with some delicious and authentic food.

One thing which instantly impresses is the simple yet appealing décor with ample space and sitting. The music is low, the lighting is bright and it’s a perfect setting for a nice chit chat while you enjoy the food. The menu has a good variety encompassing, Nepali, Bhutanese, North East Indian and Tibetan cuisine. The grass root trained chefs and the specially flown ingredients from the mountain areas, not only ensure authenticity but also the fact that the food is simply delicious.

The cold beverage section from the menu is not varied.Try the juices and shakes and you will know the level of freshness, they are prepared with as soon as you take the first sip. The Banana Shake is a must try. The food though has a great variety. From the starter section the recommended dishes are The Bhatmas Ra Churia, Piro Aloo, Aloo Ka Achaar, and Yeti Veg Platter. You must not miss the Aloo Momos , Mutton Momos and Buff with Onions from Yeti. From The main course, do try the creamy, Mushroom Daitchi with Tingmo (steamed bread). The Thakali Thali is a complete meal consisting of, Chicken/Mutton/Pork dish, Piro aloo, and Rai Ka Sag, Dal, curd, rice and Radish pickle. The dessert, The Nutella Momos is one reason one will come back running to Yeti again. The gooey nutella just bursts in your mouth with each bite leaving a heavenly taste.
