Located opposite the Hyatt Regency in Netaji Nagar. Like it’s Mumbai counterpart, the Indigo Delhi is a combination of Luxury and art. The place is huge. Its divided into three sections (bar, dining & outdoor seating). The dining area has tall glass walls and the lighting makes it look visually appealing.
A lot of effort has been put into designing this place and the results are stunning.
They also have a beautiful terrace area which I assume is for private parties. In terms of tasteful done interiors, sheer space and overall visual appeal, this restaurant is right up there with the best in Delhi.

It’s an Indigo consistently above average menu here and what was flawed has since been fixed; what was good has remained so or become better. We started with a complimentary portion of Fig with cottage cheese. The flavours are so good on this one that we had to ask for repeats. Then we headed to try the Indigo’s own lobster bisque. A smooth, creamy and highly flavoured soup. The decadent lobster dumplings and hint of tanginess due to lemon juice did the trick for this one.image

Next, after it was the Asparagus stuffed Gnocchi. The use of asparagus with parmesan cheese turned out to be a delight for our taste buds. Following it was the Salad of Asparagus Shaved fennel and Green apple. Together it provided a crunchy and refreshing taste to the salad and it turned out to be the main highlight of our meal. For the mains it was the Grilled Australian Lamb Loin, Country Goat Shank. Served with saffron potatoes, root vegetables and sprouts. Mostly cooked in a red wine sauce, this version of the dish was also very appealing to the tastebuds, cooked using the traditional slow cooking method it turned out to be a slow cooked heaven.

Meal ended on a sweet note with a platter consisting their signature desserts. Out of the which two desserts made an impression. The Belgian chocolate and hazelnut dome and the Deconstructed Red velvet satisfied our sweet tooth.
