Food Talks at Wildfire
Wildfire has gained immense popularity from the introduction of Brazilian cuisine in the soils of Delhi /Ncr. Meat is the key to most Brazilian meals and you won’t find the ritual in a purer form than at a local’s churrasco (barbecue). Churrasco is the term for a barbecue, and it is most popular in Brazil. Servers weave around the place bearing skewers of hot meat glistening with fat, and you can eat as much as you like.
The Salad counter throws together some delectable mixes with the aubergine salad impressing the most. The wild mushroom soup is an earthy delight of slow cooked mushrooms served in a fiery jus and covered with a thick creamy gravy. A whole gamut of dressings lies close by for your customisation. The prawns, Camarao jiggle up a medley of flavours with the saltiness from the sea food complementing the mustard seasoning perfectly. The Coxa de Frango is a roasted chicken sprinkled with the Chef’s secret spicy mix. Tender chicken that explodes in your mouth with every bite. The tenderloin, Fraldinha is cooked to a perfect medium rare. The juices virtually trickle out every time the knife slices through the meat.
Wildfire Churrascaria menu offers – Our Famous five (five different meats), Our Incredible Seven (seven different meats) Exclusive Premium selection (Nine varieties of meat) and Vegetarian Delicacies (Seven Different veg item. All these four elaborate unlimited servings in the menu are accompanied with selection of soups and salad buffet.
For desserts we had apple struddle with vanilla foam and tiramisu. However our experience couldn’t be complete without Brazilian coffee. We requested for Brazilian cappuccino – Lavasa Treva. It was much lighter in consistency than the cappuccino that we get here but the aroma was strong and pleasantly unusual. In a nutshell, Wildfire is a meat lovers haven. Though their is a wide selection of veg dishes too. A romantic and dimly lit ambience is just so inviting.
