Sector -29 Gurgaon always bustles with crowd, whether it was only Bikanervala at once upon a time or now because of umpteen gastro-molecular pubs/bars/cafes/micro-breweries/restaurants/food joints/food trucks, etc. Looks like this place refuses to be untaken at any given hour of the day. The best part is the ample parking space, which at times makes you feel there is not enough un-paid parking. The latest addition to the market is the Warehouse Café, a great place to hangout with a bunch of friends to experience good quality music and ambiance. The restaurant thankfully has huge space and does accommodate a smoking room as well (happy puffing). Just like its antecedent in Connaught Place. This cafe is perfect place for partygoers and hoggers.
Ambience and Decor
The stylish pieces in the various super-hero logo’s are quite unique and interesting. The lower level is even more of the same with lots of black and white shots of various warehouses and other pieces. We were particularly impressed by their utilization of space, the look seemingly cluttered but easily negotiable by patrons.
Food Talks
The menu is smartly designed and is a replica design boasting the theme of Warehouse cafe where you get 365 dishes on the menu representing each day. A host of small bites will entice you as you drink to glory. The journey started with Prawn Tempura with soy dip. The crunchy and flavourful Tempura Prawns are delicious and fascinating. Chicken and Cheese Nachos had ingredients like beans, chicken chunks and salsa dressing were hidden inside the mound of crispy nachos.
Following it was the Phuket Fish, fresh fish was topped with spices and served with topping of a lip smacking sauce. The journey ended on a sweet note with their signature chocolate spring roll. The crispy spring rolls are filled in with liquid choco syrup that just melts in your mouth.
