At a stone’s throw from the IGI Airport, stands Hotel Pride Plaza inside which awaits Stallion Lounge Bar with its luxury-kissed stud farm inspired interiors. You would walk in to a rich wood and leather brown theme that offers classy to chilled out to comfy seating, to cater to all frames of mind.
If that wasn’t enough to make you feel you made the right choice, wait until the food and drinks arrive. The menu doesn’t run into pages, which gives you the confidence that it is well selected. Take your pick and some of those pretty looking and yummy canapes. We enjoyed a row of veg and non-veg canapes that were laid out for us while we awaited our cocktails. Our favourite was the one with basil. The cocktails are experimental and well composed. Right after the colourful spirits came floating grilled fish, chicken tikkas. Tenderly cooked meat seasoned with just the right spices! The DJ was kind enough to play a good mix of music to please the entire bunch of people at Stallion that day. The music at Stallion isn’t blaring, so if you’re looking to have a conversation, Stallion could be a good pick.
