Moving over to their boozy creations. The Twist(INR 600) catches your tongue with a fragrant orange aroma followed by the black coffee rolled with the whiskey.
The Illychino(INR 600) is something for either the early mornings or the late nights. Strong shot of espresso with enough caffeine to last the day layered with Kahlua and some cream. A rich earthy taste best accompanied by the orange flavoured biscotti.
The Calypso(INR 600) and The Splendid(INR 600) are both rum based. The sweetness of the rum combines in a harmony with the bitter coffee. Accompany it with the sweet Apple Strudel. Sweet soft baked apple, delectably flavoured with cinnamon in a crispy pastry. You got to close your eyes while enjoying the interplay of deep, rich flavours on your palate.
