Leaping Caravan is a Gurgaon based north indian delivery joint which had recently launched it’s operations in Delhi NCR. It aims to redefine the ‘indian dhaba’ around the corner with their focus on home delivery. The food is authentic; made exactly the way the families used to make it decades ago, meant to give customers a throwback to the Grand Trunk Road. Each dish has a unique flavor as it is made separately. Leaping Caravan ensures quality is of paramount importance using chemical free vegetables and the best ingredients.
Bhati Gate Ka Mutton Seekh had a great flavor of spices.It had a smokey flavor which took the dish to another dimension.
Butter Chicken Boneless is the ideal butter chicken recipe from your home. It is creamy, buttery , not too sweet and yes the juicy chicken chunks.
Dal Makhani was my favourite. Slow cooked lentils had a great aroma and an earthy flavor most probably due to the slow cooking technique they used.
Nafeesi Biryani Chicken was one of the major highlights of my meal. The Biryani was cooked to perfection . The chicken was succulent and spices tingles your taste buds.
Railway Chicken had pieces of chicken and a gravy made up tomatoes, onion and an array of spices. It failed to satisfy my palate.
