Nightclubs have always been Delhi’s Achilles Heel. But The Kimono Club has recently become one of the hottest destinations to head to. Located at one of the poshest of locales at the newly opened The Chanakya at Chanakyapuri, The Kimono Club is a seamless blend of superb Asian food curated by Chef Vikramjit Roy along with the added fun of a Champagne Bar and a nightclub all rolled into one.

The menu at the Kimono Club is huge, so much so that it races between umpteen sections including a huge one on Seafood and even a Cold bar that serves Oysters.
There’s also an immense quantity of vegetarian dishes to handle but I am in love with my starter already, dehydrated lotus stems crispily fried with honey and Schezwan sauce glaze, a perfect accompaniment to the numerous Sparkling cocktails on offer. But if you are a fan of Chef Vikramjit Roy’s cooking, you wouldn’t leave The Kimono Club without trying out his signature Work Fried Soft Shelled Crab, the Classic Roasted Pork Belly with soy and mustard, the Sous Vid Duck and the Teppanyaki styled Tenderloin.
The dessert menu is one of my favourite ones, consisting of
