About the Dewar’s Pop Up
Celebrating and enhancing different flavors of Dewar scotch’s, the cocktail menu was curated by Vita Vladimirski for the Pop up. Dewars collaborated with Story Club and Lounge at Westin Hotel for this pop up. Story’s elusive enthralling aura, sophisticated decor and captivating food, definitely served as an ideal backdrop to host this pop-up. The pop-up included cocktails like Dewar’s Highball, Penicillin, Old Fashioned, On the Rocks etc. My favorite cocktail of the night was Dewar’s Penicillin. With Dewar’s 12 yo as a base and a mix of ginger syrup, honey syrup, lime juice and smokey whisky, this drink was absolutely delicious. Garnished with candied ginger, the smokiness of whisky complimented the Dewar’s 12 yo scotch really well. We ordered the mezze platter and dahi kebabs. They complimented my drinks really well. The smoothness of the scotch balanced the heaviness of the kebabs beautifully.

About Vita Vladimirski
Vita is an agile and competent Israeli bartender and mixologist. She has over 11 years of ‘behind-the- bar’s experience. Having represented Israel in several competitions worldwide, her cocktails are known for their unusual blends and flavor profiles. She is the brand ambassador of the Scotch-Whiskey brand Dewar’s. Vita also enjoys being a bar instructor at Zman Amiti Bartending Academy. It is one of the most premier bartending academies in the world. Amongst Vita’s most recognized and elusive cocktails is Esmeralda. Esmeralda is inspired by Alaska Sour reflects of female empowerment behind the bar and is the closest to her heart.
