The Summer Serve
For one of the lazy afternoons.
Ingredients
Chandon Brut 150 ml
Orange Slices(halved) 2 nos
Ice Cubes 3-4
Method
Mix the Chandon halfway with some ice before dropping in the oranges and topping it off.
The Classic Spritz
Enjoy the classic sour flavours of this one.
Ingredients
Chandon Brut 150 ml
Campari 15 ml
Soda Water
Ice Cubes
Method
Add 15ml of Campari and ice to a white wine glass
Add some Chandon to stir up the ingredients
Add the rest of the Chandon. Top off with Soda Water
