Sparkling wine has always been a party starter. So when Chandon of Moet’s Chandon fame opened up it’s vineyards in India, it just added another feather to the ever growing Indian wine industry. The new Chandon Brut is a refreshing sparkling wine that we have used to create few mind blowing spritzer for this summer season. We are going to be telling you a couple every week so stay tuned.
Chandon Elderflower Spritz
Ingredients
Chandon Brut 150ml
Elderflower Cordial 15ml
Orange Slices(halved) 3 nos
Cucumber Slices 3 nos
Ice Cubes 6 nos
Method
Add 4 ice cubes to a White Wine glass
Add some of the Sparkling wine and stir for a minute along with the Elderflower cordial
Add the rest of the ice along with the cucumber and orange
Top up with the wine while stirring.
Chandon Summer
A perfect cocktail for the evenings with the balance of sweet and sour.
Ingredients
Chandon Brut 150ml
Sugar Syrup 10ml
Fresh Sage leaves 2
Lemons 2 Slices
Ice Cubes
Method
Add the sugar syrup along with some Chandon and mix
Add 4 cubes of ice and top it up with the remaining wine
Serve with two slices of lemon and bruised sage leaves.
