Being a Bengali, Seafood is something that I desperately crave for and when I discovered that Empress of China at the Eros Hotel New Delhi was doing a seafood festival All@Sea, we weren’t going to hold back. The restaurant is fashioned like a good old Chinese restaurant that used to be present in Delhi before the new revolution of restaurants took over.
What all did we try out at the Seafood Festival?
The menu features quite a few delectable items that will have your taste buds all piqued up. We start off with a Seafood Salad that features crab meat and prawns along with a dash of avocado for fresh yet sour flavours. The starters include a Stuffed Crab Claw, Chicken Shumai and Prawns Chicken Hot Sticker that you must try out.
For the mains the menu includes a delectable Red Snapper cooked whole in a Chily Coriander gravy along with handcrafted noodles consisting of scallops, prawns and snow peas that we really enjoyed. But one dish that really made us go ga-ga was the Crab steamed with just some ginseng. If you’re a prawn lover, you definitely shouldn’t miss out on the Pan Seared Sea Bass in a Burnt Chili Sauce.
The All@Sea festival is a must attend for all Seafood lovers.
