We start off with a traditional foot ritual, an ancient tradition symbolizing a purifying of the soul to open the positive energy channel.
This is followed by a 90 minute session of massage to loosen tightened up muscles and eke out sore nerves. The session is a mix of different styles of massages. There are components of aromatherapy using aromatic oils, dry techniques of Thai massage, some bits of foot reflexology. But the most invigorating part of the massage is the use of hot compresses which have traditional Thai herbs to relax your muscles. Finish off the treatment with few minutes in the steam room to sweat out your toxins and a shower or a long soak in the tub to feel all prim and content.
