Over the last few years, the food scene in Gurgaon has literally transformed itself. Blink, and there’s a new restaurant on the block. But what is most exciting are the evolving trends across cuisines that make the dining experience even more memorable.
The latest buzz spot among the people of Gurgaon is the popular brand “Playboy Cafe”. After successfully launching Playboy Club Hyderabad and Playboy Beer Garden in Pune, Playboy Lifestyle expands it’s horizons with it’s exclusive Master Franchise for North India which is based in Golf Course Road, Gurgaon.
The Cafe is spread over three floors for providing an exclusive and extensive seating arrangement for large groups and for private gatherings. The uppermost floor is the home to a beautiful terrace area which offers an open-air seating rooftop sitting . All across the three floors, there are a lot of playboy signature bunnies to be seen like at the door handles. Apart from this, there are posters framed on the wall of famous Playboy models. They have an internal lift with the adjacent wall having a huge collage en-capturing the glorious Playboy personalities and photos. On the ground floor, there is a huge bar which is eye catching and proves to be the center of attraction for people visiting Playboy Cafe.
Food Talks
The journey started with their signature Vodka Chai. It is tea mixed with Vodka, fresh Mint, Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice and Honey. It is refreshing and boozy at the same time. First dish on our plate was Nachos with garbanzo. Nachos loaded with beans, feta and their In-house sauce proved to be treat to the taste buds. Next on our plate was the Spinach and corn dumplings spins out some fresh flavours. As soon as the Mezze platter was placed on the table, our eyes kept rolling to see what all have been presented. Hummus was of smooth consistency. Other servings included salads, Muhamarra and Baba Ghanoush which tasted pleasurably unusual. Even the way in which they prepare the Pita Breads is different.
We also opted for Thai rice and chicken dumpling. Which were truly kickass. In a nutshell, North India’s first Playboy Cafe is a fresh attraction of the town. The cafe came up with multiple cuisines like Japanese, Italian, continental, American and many more. The food and ambiance here is worth each penny. The cafe is surely going to attract a lot attraction.
