The Malaysian sensation PappaRoti is finally in Delhi and we are thrilled beyond doubt. We happened to come across these scrumptious buns when tripping in Malaysia and absolutely fell in love with them. The PappaBuns are not the only thing on the menu at the newly opened PappaRoti at DLF Cyber Hub, it also has a menu for green teas and a few more dishes on the way too.
Pappabuns at PappaRoti
The Pappabuns are prepared in-house and have quite a crispy exterior with a fluffy softness inside. A layer of butter inside adds a layer of creamy yet salty flavour to it. The buns are six inches in size and even a single one of them is quite filling. Before baking them, a layer of caramel and coffee is added on top giving it a lovely addition. You can add multiple saucy layerings on top including Nutella, Oreos, Cheese and even Lotus flower sauce. We really enjoyed the flavours and finished quite a few of them off.
Tea at PappaRoti
To wash it all down, we took the help of some signature tea which is available here. With nine different flavors including Moroccan Mint and Rose, the teas are dip teas which can be brewed to your liking of 3,4 or 5 minutes. We really enjoyed slurping down the subtle flavours of the Middle Eastern tea in the Turkish cups which we had also seen on our recent trip to Turkey.
The menu at PappaRoti also features some breakfast options which you might plan to try out. There is an Eggs Benedict and also an Indian Poha amongst that you might wanna plan to try out. PappaRoti offers a perfect place for a casual meet-up with a buns and tea offering a lovely combination.
Price for 2: INR 600
The buns are priced at about INR 175-250 and the teas at INR 225
