With the passing of time, the world has been reverting back to organic products sourced right from the farm. Cowboys is a Delhi based company which sources its products from farms in Jaipur. The biggest hurdle to mass production is that at the end many of our products come from animals. These living beings need to be happy and have enough space for their produce to be top grade. The mass production forces animals to be cooped up in small places and thus their products lose out on quality. Cowboys with its extensive farms in Jaipur assure you that the animals are treated well thus the quality of their products.
We tried out a few of their products and truly enjoyed it. The pasteurised milk is available for INR 50 per litre while the unprocessed milk is available for INR 80 per litre. As the farms are quite huge and they have an immense number of trees, you also got in a bottle of honey, mustard oil and milk for us. As my sister is a big fan of Ghee, which she uses to eat her rice with, we also got in one of those. Although the Ghee is not very flavourful, but it certainly has the granular texture that makes it quite authentic. I made myself a glass of turmeric milk with Ghee and Honey and it tasted quite refreshing.
