INGRIDIENTS
· 250 gms of boneless chicken
· 1 cup fresh hung curd
· 2 tablespoons Garlic paste
· 1 tablespoon ginger paste
· 1 and half teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
· 1 finely chopped green chili
· 10 grams of dried fenugreek leaves
· 15 grams fresh coriander leaves
· 10 grams Ginger juliennes
· 40 ml ghee
· Salt to taste
1. Clean , wash and cut chicken breast into 2 inch dices
2. In a clean mixing bowl add curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, pepper, salt and the chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken and refrigerate for an hour.
3. Heat the ghee in a flat pan and add chicken when the ghee starts to crackle
4. Stir the chicken evenly and cook on medium flame till the fat separates.
5. Add green chili , and dried fenugreek
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and ginger juliennes , Serve hot with pickled onions , paranthas
