Executive Chef Rajesh Wadhwa and Executive Sous Chef Amit Rana along with Chef Curtis Pintye, Head Chef at Canada House, the official residence of the High Commissioner of Canada to India showcase their culinary skills as they put up a delectable Christmas spread for their patrons. Chef Curtis Pintye cooks up a traditional roasted Turkey along with sweet potato puree while Chef Amit Rana cooks up a fennel and spinach chaat with char grilled prawns. Chef Curtis passes on some important tricks and tips for roasting a Turkey which include breaking the bird up into breasts and leg pieces to ensure uniform cooking. Another important tip is cooking the stuffing outside of the Turkey in it’s juices to ensure optimum flavours.
