Imagine walking into a garden which has fountains of Bombay Sapphire gin flowing. Coolers filled with Gin Punch and a bar full of different Gin cocktails. Yes! this is the brunch that I enjoyed at K3’s newly installed Gin Garden.
Gin Garden
The outside seating of K3 was converted into a garden which had an overflow of Gin everywhere. A live band and an open bar, two essentials for any good event.
The Gin garden decor was inspired by the blue color of the Bombay Sapphire bottle and had beautiful decor elements. From photo booth to the DIY gin booth, the garden had a lot of fun interesting & well thought out activities.
Cocktail Menu
The cocktail menu celebrated different human senses. Each and every cocktail intended on evoking a human sense. My personal favorite from the menu was the Sound: The Bombay Punch.
Citric fruits really compliment gin well and they paired Oranges with Gin in the Bombay Punch. Need I say more? The Punch also had Assam tea and spices in the base. It added more layers of flavors to the punch and was an absolute delight on the hot sunny day.
My second favorite of the day was the Smell: Rose. Rose is such an understated flavor in cocktails and Bombay Sapphire did an excellent job by curating a cocktail with it. Rose, Lime, Peach and Tonic infused with Bombay Sapphire Gin- ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!
The Brunch
The Brunch had a beautiful variety of cuisines. From chaats to salads to Italian to Indian to Chinese. Each and every section was very well thought out. My favorite of the day was the dessert section and in desserts, their macarons! OH MY GOD!!! Their macarons are one of the best in the city and I just fell in love with it. Especially with the lavender one. Absolutely loved it!
