This new street food bar is the latest addition to the food scene of central Delhi with a unique theme which brings together the flavours from hidden corners of the world. It’s a project by Triple Nine restaurants spearheaded by Dinesh Arora and Swaraj Singhi who are running successful ventures like ELF café and bar, the common room, Unplugged courtyard and Hadippa.
The entrance is deceptively small of the 12000 square feet area divided into 3 levels, a dance floor with a chic bar, fine dine area with a show kitchen and an expansive terrace to accommodate around 100 people in one go. A tiny library with an amphitheatre style sitting overlooking the performance area can’t go unnoticed. Food platters with globes, luggage on the walls, passport shaped menu books, key shape aluminium crockery and much more are compiled nicely staying true to the theme which represents a journey of a traveler.
Tourist has an elaborate food and beverage menu with some electrifying cocktails churned out from the bar with Signature global street food dishes from many corners of the world. Some of the dishes not to be missed are Brown sugar chicken stripes, Chilled Rice pepper summer rolls, Soya Shawarma and Phoenix cheese cake.
