Food Talks at International Street Food Festival
The menu elaborates exclusive flavours from America, Mediterranean, Europe and the Far East. The guests can indulge into the sweeter side as the chefs promise to serve some of the most recognized desserts from around the world. The cheerful ambiences of the streets with food carts are sure to make your experience more profound. We started with Pineapple sushi and papaya sushi. The pineapple sushi roll makes a fun appetiser, while the papaya sushi had a sweet and sour flavours. Next on my plate was the burger slider and my pick from the three was the moist and delicious falafel burger. It had a crunchy and salty falafel patty with tzatziki sauce. The Chilli Chicken burger was also a great fusion attempt. In the Mexican section we started with A bowl of Nachos and few of their in-house dips including avocado salsa and corn salsa being my favourite.
We also had some Noodle Spring Rolls which had the perfect golden brown colour on them and the flavours along with crunch made our hearts melt. Next was the satay bar A visit to any South East Asian country is incomplete without trying Satay. A satay is a piece of skewered and grilled meat that’s served with peanut sauce. I personally recommend the fish satay. We ended our meal on a sweet note with variety of sweet dishes from the buffet.
