Imperfecto Shor Cafe

Delhi’s nightlife has always been talked about in hushed tones. It has never had a continuous series of nightclubs and places where you can eat afterward. So when Imperfecto Shor came knocking up with its nightclub and 24-hour open restaurant at Pride Plaza New Delhi Aerocity, this was definitely a place we decided to head to.

Managed by Chef Manager Akanksha Dean, one of the rare Indians to train under Chef Mottisumo Bottura the café has built been built in a typical medieval age Gothic style. The food, on the other hand, is a delightful mix of good old mix of Indian and Western flavours.

We started off with Helen Charlotte’s Heavenly Spirit which combines watermelon and arugula in a raspberry dressing for a perfect Summer salad. The King Leopold’s succession is a Burger done quite well with a medium-rare Tenderloin in it. The menu also features a decadent Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli (Giotto’s Natural World) and old-style croquettes filled with Porcini mushrooms that you must try out.

We finally end our meal with a lovely Coffee Panacotta and a Quinoa Fruit Pudding
