During the Dine fest, we had the opportunity to explore La Bodega which offered some mouth watering Mexican delicacies.
Tostada Platter : Pulled chicken with chipotle chillis and refried beans played the role of an exciting appetizer. Variation of different sauces on the side was a delight.
Pulled Pork sandwich : An excellent authentic Mexican sandwich with tender pork , jalapenos and pickled onions. The portion was very generous and was a perfect complete meal in itself. A special sauce of tomato cancasse was blending well as a dip.
Chocolate and tequila Tart : This dessert was the highlight of the day. Served with coffee sauce and fruits on top an amazing tart made out of sweet crust pastry had written “bliss” over on it in every bite. A must-try.
On a whole, an amazing experience indeed at a very affordable price.
