I recently tried their Vegetable Green Thai curry and Prawn Khao Suey.The Thai curry was aromatic and it was an amazing treat and very simple to cook as it took less than 30 minutes to make an authentic Thai Curry in my kitchen. The backbone of a green curry paste is, of course, the chillies, which give it its colour. I could taste all my favourite elements like lemon-grass, kaffir lime, galangal, and coconut milk. Curry wasn’t too green and vibrant in colour, which signified that it did not have any artificial colour.
Next what we tried was the Prawn Khao Suey. Khao Suey is a traditional Burmese noodle dish from the mountainous Shan State of Burma.
