This novel concept takes care of all your food needs – nutrition, calories, hygiene, ease of ordering etc. Fresh ingredients are sourced from local vendors and as one waits for the order to arrive, the eyes inadvertently wander to the kitchen. Everything can be witnessed from two large glass windows and one feels connected right from the start. Therefore, when the food arrives you have a smile on your face and you are assured of the quality. Currently the services are available in a 5km radius but will soon be covering the entire city. To counter the calories, they offer Boiled Chicken with Ginger Garlic and other grilled delights. The menu is smartly designed to cater to the Indian palate with both vegetarian and non- vegetarian varieties.
The ‘Dabba’ has become synonymous with the metal tiffin containing delicious home- cooked food. The ‘Calorie Care Dabba’ meals won’t be home- cooked but will give you the same taste and quality. Whether you are a student or a professional, you will never miss a chance to grab healthy food. The Dabba menu is fixed for all days and the vegetarian and non- vegetarian platters cost INR 55 and 65 per meal respectively. The take away menu has several other options to choose from with the lowest priced item being of INR 50. The distribution of ‘dabbas’ will be in line with the Mumbai dabbawallas. Sticking to the traditional biryani making style was the Hyderabadi Dum Biryani. Both the vegetarian and non- vegetarian options were lip smacking with a sweet and earthy aroma. The Shahi Paneer, Chicken Curry served with Tandoori Rotis and Raita contributed to a filling meal. Another unnamed chicken dish also needs a special mention which was spicy and falvourful.
