Food Talks
As we seated we were greeted by customised plates with our names encrypted on it. Along with it was the curated menu for the day and the welcome drink “Khus ka sherbet”. We started out with an array of veg starters consisting of Rajma ki galouti kebab which was tender and acted as an exact replica of mutton galouti kebab. Makai Moti ka seekh and kele ke gular kebab were also palatable. The main highlight in this section was mawe ke kebab which turned out the most delectable kebab I’ve tasted till date. Moving further, we tried the appetising Non-Veg kebabs which consisted of galouti kebabs, nukthi kebabs but it was the murg shami and the mahi gilafi kebab which stole the show.
Heading on to the mains, we started with Murg Bemisal which lived upto it’s name. The buttery gravy of Paneer Lavanglata complimented the Lacchaa parantha well. The main highlight in the main course turned out to be Moong Gosht, a delectable that had a lentil base with mutton chunks in the curry. The dish is an enticing charm that will make you visit the place again. We ended the journey on a sweet note with “Gulkand aur Cheney Ka Jugalbandi”. The gulkand sliced into half with the Chena based Rasmalai served with rose petals was indeed a delight to our tastebuds.
